Software Team Lead (Applications)

• Are you an enthusiastic software leader who can inspire and lead others to develop applications to support CRFS range of world class RF solutions?
• University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments
• Solid grasp of architectural and design principles
• Development in C# and .NET
• Good problem-solving ability with strong attention to software detail
• Clear communication skills with experience explaining technical facts and practices to internal team members
• Experience guiding or assisting your team
• Development of 3rd party integrations and distributed system of systems
