• Collaborate with development teams to drive software solutions from definition to delivery, managing change and technical challenges.
• Translate customer and product requirements into software solutions, ensuring usability and performance while recognizing user needs.
• Provide documentation, guidance, and coaching to ensure knowledge is shared and the team is developed, contributing to the development of software plans and milestones.

• Strong communication skills with a wide variety of engineering and non-engineering stakeholders
• Requirements development and management
• Experience in architecting software solutions spanning user, application and embedded domains
• Experience solving undefined, complex systems issues drawing from deep architectural knowledge
• Experience in working with stakeholders to define deliverable solutions from a high-level statement of need
• Ability to mentor others and share knowledge
• A background in defence or other related field
• A background in safe / high reliability software development
• Subject matter expertise in signal processing domain architectures
