UD Manufacturing Operator - 12 hour

Filter sterilisation of Unit Dose Batches Bulk Heat Sterilisation of Unit Dose Batches Autoclave sterilisation of equipment Equipment CIP Equipment SIP Solution transfer to UD Filling Integrity testing of product filters/ vent filters Prepare Components and equipment for batch manufacture Maintenance of equipment to a high standard Preventative Maintenance of equipment Adhering to good documentation standards when completing documentation Adhere to good aseptic practices

Experience 2-3 years working in a pharmaceutical environment. Manufacturing/ Cleanroom experience preferable Good computer skills Ability to work on own initiative. Good communication skills
