Plan and execute the initiation of the SKMC Tissue Bank and coordinate tissue retrieval with the transplant team, the operating room and the national organ donation program, complete donor eligibility screening, consent, and documentation, manage the receipt, processing, cryopreservation, and storage of tissue, including temperature and storage monitoring. maintain the tissue inventory and issue grafts to the operating room on request, keep complete donor-to-recipient traceability records
