Strong understanding of RTR process, with sound knowledge on Fixed Asset / Intercompany / Accruals / Prepayments / Deferrals / BS, Bank & Other Reconciliation Should be okay to work in Night Shifts (US) Great understanding of close operation Meeting the SLA / KPI set by the business Domain skills expertise in managing and building Balance Sheet Reconciliation process Exposure to supervision of reconciliation process Good hands on SAP or other strong ERP Accounting tool Analytical bent of mind for resolving open reconciling items and tracing journals through multiple accounts to their origin Good skill set in excel and ability to manage large data sets in excel Possess excellent communication skills Coordination with various stakeholders for reporting and audit work Good understanding on SOX compliance Detail focused and produce high quality work Should be highly organised and ability to perform multi task with ease
