Power Platform & AI Solutions Developer

Design, develop and maintain business applications, mobile solutions and digital tools using Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse.
Develop and optimise workflow automation, approvals and business processes using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models that support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
Design and implement AI-powered solutions and Copilot agents that enhance productivity, knowledge management and user experience.
Deliver secure and scalable integrations between Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical advice and deliver solutions aligned to business needs.
Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, data management and platform best practice standards.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, user training and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions
Other ad-hoc duties as required

Tasks and Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Generative AI solutions is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, PL-300, or Copilot-related certifications would be advantageous.
