Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with business stakeholders, and help us attract great talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business functions, delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source, engage, and build talent pipelines, including for niche and critical roles.
• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring strong alignment with role requirements.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate, real-time recruitment data in Workday and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver a consistently positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Contribute to TA projects, process improvements, employer branding, and other recruitment initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree with hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an ATS; Workday experience is an advantage.
• Proactive, curious, and passionate about finding and engaging great talent.
