Design, launch, and evaluate experiments, documenting results and identifying opportunities to scale successful initiatives.

Segment audiences based on behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses, using customer data to personalize communications.

Analyze the complete email conversion funnel, from delivery and opens to clicks, checkout activity, purchases, and revenue.

Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to establish reliable tracking and attribution and measure email's contribution to business performance.

Monitor deliverability and maintain domain reputation and mailing list health, including bounce, spam complaint, and unsubscribe rates.

Ensure consent management and email marketing practices comply with applicable regulations across international markets.
