Tasks & Responsibilities:

Perform dimensional inspection of cutting tools, components, and finished products as per drawings and quality standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans to ensure product conformity.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier Callipers, Micrometres, Height Gauges, and other precision tools.
Record inspection results, prepare quality reports, and maintain quality-related documentation.
Identify product defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and support corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality requirements and process standards.

Profile & Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in cutting tools, precision engineering, or metalworking industry is preferred.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Basic knowledge of quality control methods, inspection techniques, and measuring instruments.
