As a Care Worker (Verzorgende IG) in Bladel, you will provide dedicated elderly care in a welcoming, small-scale residential setting with 21 apartments. You support residents with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and other daily activities while encouraging them to remain as independent as possible. Your responsibilities also include administering medication, carrying out nursing procedures within your qualifications and monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being. You recognize changes in health conditions, document your observations and discuss appropriate care with colleagues. Working in a close-knit team, you help create a safe and comfortable home where residents receive individual attention. We are looking for an English-speaking healthcare professional who already lives in the Netherlands, has at least one year of care experience and holds a relevant healthcare diploma, including an eligible foreign qualification. Official diploma recognition must be arranged before starting, and support is available. You can work 16 to 32 hours weekly and receive a direct employment contract with the care organization.
