Junior Controller
Work tasks: We are now looking for a Junior Controller to join our team in Tallinn on a fixed-term contract
As a Junior Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Operate as Finance business partner for Business Area/Business Unit entity or group function
• Support controlling and financial reporting processes for entity/function in scope of responsibility
• Support efficient and accurate closing, analysis and reporting related activities for the entity/ function
• Contribute to efficient and accurate forecasting and budgeting process in entity/ function
• Proactively find opportunities, suggest actions and drive change to continuously improve and harmonize end-to-end controlling processes
• Support process automation and other development projects
• Support in ad hoc analyses to main stakeholders
• Substitution as defined in the current valid substitution plan in the team

Other requirements: Qualifications:- Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (economy high school diploma/university degree)

• 1-2 years of professional experience in business controlling or finance area
• Understanding of basic accounting processes
• Understanding of controlling processes (entity closing and operative financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting)
• Ability to build inter-relationships both internally and externally with various parts of the organization
• Adaptable team member with proactive and business-driven approach, capable of taking responsibility and achieving targets by set deadlines
• Good knowledge of Excel, good knowledge of SAP, OneStream and Power BI would be an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization in international environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
