Adoption Manager – Digital Transformation & Change Management

Responsibilities Develop pragmatic adoption plans for digital initiatives including communication, enablement, and follow-up KPIs. Engage proactively with product and project teams to ensure solutions are ready for successful field implementation. Organize train-the-trainer sessions and develop practical material such as training packages and implementation guides. Facilitate recurrent adoption forums with network representatives to capture feedback and identify barriers. Track network implementation and maintain clear adoption metrics and reporting. Translate complex project information into simple, actionable material for field teams and internal stakeholders.
Requirements Experience in change management , digital transformation , or network enablement . You possess strong roll-out capabilities and the ability to drive adoption strategies operationally. You're comfortable facilitating workshops , training , and train-the-trainer sessions. You bring proficiency in Office 365 and SharePoint . You have experience working with adoption metrics and turning data into improvement actions. You possess a critical mindset combined with strong stakeholder management skills. You're proactive and able to translate complex product information into actionable field material. You are fluent in English with full professional proficiency in either Dutch or French . Nice to Haves Experience with structured change methodologies such as ADKAR . Previous experience in automotive, retail, or franchise network environments. Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs involving User Journey mapping.
