🕒 EMPLOYMENT SCHEDULE
📅 Monday to Saturday
⏰ Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
⏰ Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📌 Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Source and recruit applicants for Trailer Drivers, Helpers, and other positions
✅ Screen resumes and evaluate applicant qualifications
✅ Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews
✅ Coordinate applicant requirements and pre-employment documents
✅ Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding
✅ Maintain applicant records and prepare recruitment reports
✅ Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
🎯 QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
✔️ At least 6 months of relevant work experience in recruitment is required
✔️ Experience in applicant sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple recruitment tasks
✔️ Willing to work on-site at Boston Tower, Sta. Cruz, Manila
