REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education High school diploma with a specialization in Hospitality, focusing on Food Beverage services REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE 6+ years of experience in hospitality 2+ years of experience in the management positions in the restaurants MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE Strong leadership skills as a role model for others Strong communication and interpersonal skills LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Excellent professional proficiency in English, additional European language knowledge is an advantage OTHER Advanced digital skills and proficiency in MS Office B category driving license - active driver JOB RESPONSIBILITIES PROFESSIONAL Participates in coordinating the operations of the restaurant, kitchen, and other departments while maintaining the highest standards of cuisine, service, and ambiance Guides food and beverage service and supervises the work of the restaurant service staff OPERATIONAL Organizes and manages the restaurant's operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives Coordinates and executes exquisite formal meals and receptions Responsible for sanitation, cleanliness, staff appearance, product variety, pricing, and manages staffing plans and attendance records Proactively addresses and resolves complex guest requests and complaints Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Possesses a knowledge of both the resort's and restaurant's brand and ensures that guests fully experience its excellence Guarantees every element of the operation is executed with precision Anticipates and tailors service to meet the distinct preferences of VIP guests Engages in evaluating and enhancing the quality standards, actively participating in initiatives that drive goal achievement TEAMWORK EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT Actively participates in finding and recruiting talent Identifies development needs of employees, trains and mentors them with the aim of improving knowledge and skills in providing outstanding service Cooperates with the human resources sector in order to engage and motivate employees Participates in employee development programs (satisfaction survey, annual evaluation, reward programs, career development...)
