Role: Process Design Consultant (Adobe Transformation) - Contract Role Seniority: Consultant - Senior Manager Day rate: £300-£475 inside IR35 Project duration(s): 3 months, starting asap Location: Hybrid in London We're looking for an experienced Process Design Consultant to support the next phase of a major Adobe transformation programme within a large retail organisation. You'll focus on designing future-state business processes, incorporating new digital capabilities and AI-assisted ways of working. Tasks Design and document future-state processes across customer planning and commercial operations Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Adobe capabilities and AI-assisted workflows Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define process requirements, dependencies and future ways of working Develop process maps and a prioritised backlog of improvement opportunities to support future transformation phases Requirements An independent consultant Experience designing and improving business processes within large transformation programmes Strong process mapping skills, including current-state and future-state process design Experience working on digital transformation programmes, ideally involving Adobe or customer-facing technologies Understanding of AI-enabled workflows, automation and their application to business process improvement would be advantageous
