SHE Engineer

About this Position Assisting SHE head in implementing SHE programs throughout WaiGaoQiao Site, trying to achieve SHE target and get a better SHE performance. What you´ll do Coach teams and individuals on SHE related tasks and activities. Implementation of a detailed, day-to-day SHE program, work process, standards, and procedures. With guidance from the SHE Leader, ensures all plant needs are covered in the program. Assist in developing and achieving area or plant SHE goals. Ensure compliance tasks are completed. Plant subject matter expert contact for SHE audits and issues. Perform the SHE monitoring, data collection, analyzing and reporting for the Plant. As required, lead / participate in SHE related reviews, teams and improvement projects. As required, conduct and document investigations and classification of incidents and ensure follow-up actions to prevent re-occurrences that are addressed. Other matters assigned by superiors.
