Job Description & Summary: The person will be responsible for institutionalizing our competency’s delivered excellence in projects and capturing the technical expertise evolved, utilized and deployed. (S)he will design, implement, and govern a central repository that captures all project citations, client testimonials, industry solutions, and functional case studies generated during large-scale SAP transformations (including S/4HANA migrations, Managed Service projects and other cloud LoB deployments). Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_ Enterprise Content Curator_Enterprise Apps SAP_Advisory_PAN India Responsibilities: Repository Architecture & Governance: Build and maintain a highly searchable, secure repository for all SAP project artifacts, explicitly indexing client citations/testimonials, case studies, industry solutions, and innovations emerged out of delivery . Case Study Extraction: Interview delivery teams and client stakeholders after go-live to translate successful SAP solutions into structured business case studies highlighting challenges, solutions, and quantifiable ROI if possible. Citation & Reference Management: Catalog and maintain strict version control over client permissions, anonymized project profiles, industry benchmarks, and formal citations used in regulatory compliance or marketing. Project Documentation Governance: Partner with SAP Functional Leads to archive blueprints, functional specifications, and Business Process Procedures (BPPs) , ensuring future project teams can reuse proven deliverables. Knowledge Manager to check and extract from this only Enablement & Knowledge Transfer: Act as the internal librarian for the SAP practice, helping bid-proposal teams quickly locate specific functional citations or industry-specific case studies to accelerate new business acquisition. Mandatory skill sets: Experience: 8+ years of experience in Content curation, Content Architecture, or Corporate Archiving, with at least 4 years directly supporting enterprise software ecosystems . Repository & Taxonomy Mastery: Proven experience designing metadata schemas, indexing systems, and taxonomies within enterprise tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager/Activate, or dedicated digital asset management platforms). Information Extraction: Strong interviewing and writing capabilities, with the ability to extract technical details from busy SAP consultants and rewrite them into compelling, accurate case studies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management with experience in handling Communications or Masters in Business Administration, or a related field.
