Maintenance Services Officer

About the Role As Blibli Group continues to build a future-ready digital ecosystem , maintaining safe, reliable, and well-functioning facilities is essential to supporting our business operations across Indonesia. As a Maintenance Officer , you will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance, facility operations, and general services across multiple business locations, including offices, warehouses, logistics hubs, retail stores, depots, and dark stores . You will ensure that buildings, utilities, equipment, and supporting services are properly maintained, operationally efficient, and aligned with company standards. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, building maintenance, and facility management. What You’ll Do Oversee building and facility maintenance across assigned locations, including structural, architectural, MEP, utility systems, and general facility equipment. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance , conducting regular inspections to ensure building safety, operational reliability, and compliance with maintenance standards. Manage general services and facility assets , including furniture, office equipment, cleaning services, security, and pest control, excluding IT-related equipment and operations. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, building management, and internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities and facility services are delivered effectively. Monitor maintenance budgets, service quality, asset conditions, and vendor performance , identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and operational improvements. Handle facility-related issues and emergency maintenance requests, ensuring timely troubleshooting, repairs, and minimal disruption to business operations. Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, asset documentation, and service schedules across assigned locations. What You’ll Bring to the Team Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering . 3–5 years of experience in Building Maintenance, Facility Management, Building Operations, or related functions. Strong understanding of MEP systems, building utilities, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting . Hands-on experience managing building facilities and general services , including cleaning, security, pest control, and facility-related vendors. Familiarity with building structural and architectural maintenance , facility equipment, and general service assets. Strong vendor management, coordination, problem-solving, and cost-control skills . Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple facilities across different locations. Willing to travel and oversee facilities across Banten and Sumatera as required. Experience managing facilities in offices, warehouses, logistics facilities, or retail stores is an advantage.
