JOB DESCRIPTION Basic Information Position Title Assistant Vice President- Infra Support Grade Sr. Manager, AVP Vertical Support Location Regional Office Business Support Department Infra & Admin Organizational Relationships Position Reporting to Chief Operating Officer Direct Reports if any Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager Job Purpose Qualification Post-Graduation/ Graduation from any stream Relevant Experience 5 - 8 years of experience in Admin, Infra, Marketing Functional Competencies Strong co-ordination with internal team Strong Negotiation Skills Ability to handle diverse teams and ensure team coherence Behavioral Competencies Ability to drive projects initiated by central team Ability to work with cross functional teams Self Driven / Entrepreneurial in approach Job Responsibilities Financial Responsibilities Reports and Assists Regional Business Head for ensuring smooth execution of any activity pertaining to managing business and its day of day operations related to Admin, Infra, Marketing Non Financial Responsibilities The candidate will be the Regional Custodian for the Brand AU Bank by ensuring seamless operations of marketing, admin, infra and CSR activities. Support all business verticals for their marketing needs in consultation and coordination with corporate marketing / Regional business team Expertise in handling all day to day general office administration in a cost effective and efficient manner. Responsible for A to Z housekeeping management of the entire office Facility including procurement of Housekeeping consumables. Drive cost effective and impactful Visibility in area for the bank as per the plan/ Implement and Execute Corporate Marketing initiatives in the region Ensure proper placement and maintain hygiene of branding material at all bank touch points To conduct CSR activities covering all the touchpoints of the region. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to branch infrastructure rollouts. Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of new branches/ Expertise in handling Facility Management & Maintenance of branches Experience in handling AMC’s, Housekeeping, Security contracts and management for branches Capabilities for managing/negotiating with local statutory authorities for dispute resolution and control. Partnering with NGOs and Government organizations in the areas of education, integrated livelihoods generation and other allied fields related to CSR of the Bank CSR brand enhancement in line with Business portfolios leading to community development and goodwill Ensure placement and Visibility of Brand Collaterals in his territory Brand Support to local business teams Responsible for Annual regional CSR budget allocation and execution. Organize celebrations like Birthday, business success with children from orphanages, children home etc. Make opportunities for ISR (Individual Social Responsibility) of employees to volunteer either through giving in cash, giving in kind etc. type of activities. Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Supporting in Periodic Audit and Processes related to admin and Infra Ensuring Budgets are utilized in a due diligent manner Key Interactions Internal External Business team, Credit, MIS Customers Documented By Talent Acquisition Team, Human Resources Approved By Approved By
