MIS Executive

The MIS Executive will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and presenting operational data for the CLM Domestic BFSI back‑office team. This role ensures accurate reporting, drives process improvements, and provides actionable insights to enhance customer care performance and overall business efficiency.

• Collect, validate, and maintain daily transaction and performance data from multiple sources.
• Generate and distribute standard MIS reports (e.g., SLA, productivity, quality) to stakeholders.
• Analyze trends and identify gaps in customer care operations, recommending corrective actions.
• Support the back‑office team with ad‑hoc data requests and dashboard creation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data integrity across reports.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
• Maintain documentation of reporting procedures, data definitions, and workflow guidelines.
• Assist in preparing presentations and executive summaries for management reviews.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing data‑driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or back‑office support.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages for data extraction.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report narration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of BFSI processes and customer care operations is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and adherence to confidentiality standards.
