RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing of incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients in close interaction with the responsible business development (BD) manager and scientistsParticipation in technical calls with clients together with the responsible BD Manager and subject matter expert/scientific advisor in order to better understand the clients´ business needsCompilation of tailored technical proposals including scope, deliverables, cost estimation, payment schedules and timelinesPerform and coordinate internal review process of proposals with key stakeholders (BD Manager, management, subject matter experts, scientific advisors, accounting, legal)

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in scientific fieldVery good communication skillsVery good knowledge of written and spoken EnglishExperienced handling of the standard software MS Office, especially Excel and MS WordSociability, friendly demeanor and ability to work in a teamStructured and result-oriented approachAssertiveness and high social competence
