Finance Operations Analyst

Join Beloy, a fast-growing insurtech startup, as a Finance Operations Analyst intern. You will work alongside the Finance and Operations teams to maintain financial records, processes, and reporting across all aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include accounts payable, client invoicing and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, client program reporting, and financial closings. This is an excellent opportunity for a Master's student with an interest in accounting, finance, and data management to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

• Assurer le traitement des factures fournisseurs, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient validées, classées et payées correctement.
• Gérer les flux de données opérationnels multiples pour garantir l'exhaustivité de la facturation des ventes et des recettes clients.
• Surveiller tous les comptes bancaires de l'entreprise et assurer des rapprochements précis et des rapports de trésorerie.

What you will bring

**Background:**

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree with an interest in accounting, finance, and/or data management.

• You are a natural problem solver who enjoys structured logic, working with numbers, and organizing complex information.

• You are proactive and comfortable working autonomously and simultaneously on various topics, with close guidance and coaching from the Finance team.

• You are interested in being exposed to all operational financial processes and controls within the Finance team.

• You would like to be part of a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup in the insurtech space.

**Skills:**

• Excellent communication skills, an ability to exchange with various levels of stakeholders and the capacity to work in a cross-functional environment.

• Fluent in French and English (English being our working language).

• Strong analytical capacity and proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.

• You are flexible; we are a young startup, and you will be working on a variety of tasks.

• You are curious: you have an appetite for learning automation and data tools to make data workflows smoother and faster.

**Compensation**\*\*: €1,200 gross per month for an internship, or between €1,200 and €1,870 gross per month for an apprenticeship, depending on the candidate’s profile and the applicable legal/conventional framework in France.\*\*
