Bilingual Accounts Receivable (French/English)

As a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and maintaining healthy cash flow. This hybrid position is based in Markham, ON, and requires fluency in both French and English.

• Gérer et collecter les comptes clients en souffrance et les factures impayées.
• Surveiller les rapports d aging et faire le suivi des comptes en souffrance par téléphone, e-mail et correspondance écrite.
• Négocier des arrangements de paiement et sécuriser des résolutions rapides.

• Bilingual, fluent in French and English.
• 3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, open-office environment.
