Manufacturing Engineering Co-op

Join our Manufacturing Engineering team as a Co-op and gain hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will support the production team by providing technical support, driving improvements in production efficiency, increasing quality, and reducing costs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting production equipment, and conducting experiments to optimize manufacturing processes.

• Support the production team by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for production equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in production efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Participate in the design, modeling, and fabrication of 3D printed fixtures and tooling to enhance assembly processes.

• SolidWorks proficiency
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments
• Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar degree or diploma
• FDM 3D printing
• Strong analytical technical problem-solving skills of complex processes. Involving mechanical processes and shop personnel
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong mechanical aptitude
