Senior Product Manager (Software)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the direction of our software product portfolio, engage with customers and partners, and align stakeholders across the organization. • Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to tailor your style to different audiences
• A background in engineering or science (degree or equivalent experience)
• Willingness to travel occasionally (roughly quarterly, under 10% of your time) for conferences and customer visits
• A proactive mindset: you spot opportunities for improvement and act on them independently
• Ease with going technically deep, both internally and externally, to understand product capabilities and limitations
• 4+ years in B2B product management
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment
• High emotional intelligence, with strong active listening and critical thinking skills
• Experience in a HPC or quantum computing, translating complex technical trade-offs into product decisions
• A collaborative, cross-functional team player who can influence without authority and build trust across teams
• You have experience with both hardware and software product management
• You have worked in a startup environment
