Content Operations Specialist (Night Shift)

Join our WMR Content Operations team as a Content Operations Specialist. This night shift role involves providing accurate and timely benchmark rates to clients, validating data, and participating in the development of new business proposals. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, support complex projects, and implement process improvement ideas. A strong understanding of the global financial marketplace and proficiency in Office 365 applications are required.

• Provide accurate and timely benchmark rates to clients who subscribe to the WMR Spot, Forward and NDF services.
• Validate data in an accurate and timely manner using knowledge of tools and financial markets.
• Lead in the resolution of client cases by fixing data integrity, missing data, and other similar issues.

• Able to understand and interpret complex market information
• Be able to multi task producing accurate work under pressure of time
• Demonstrate literacy, both verbal and written skills
• Have a high regard for accuracy
• Effective at decision making, including when faced with partial information
• Demonstrate strong numeracy skills
• Good social skills, able to work in a small team
• Working knowledge of Office 365 applications
• Understanding of the global financial marketplace
• Graduate Entry level, or equivalent
