Senior IT Infrastructure (Networking and Systems)

Join Mytra, a fast-growing company in the robotics industry, as a Senior IT Infrastructure specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying Mytra's core network, managing systems infrastructure, and overseeing physical security. You will lead infrastructure projects, ensure reliability and resilience, and serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking and systems issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure, particularly in networking and systems, and a strong track record of documentation and problem-solving.

• Have experience with physical security infrastructure, including access control/badging and camera systems, and the networks that support them
• Have deep systems knowledge across identity/directory services, backup and recovery, DNS, and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Have a track record of documenting infrastructure clearly and designing to root cause rather than leaving recurring problems in place
• Demonstrate strong ownership and sound judgment under pressure, communicating with clarity and respect and challenging thoughtfully when it matters
• Have proven experience designing and operating enterprise networks (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, wireless, and VPN), with 7+ years in IT infrastructure and at least 3 in a senior or lead capacity
