Junior Legal Counsel

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with various departments, manage commercial contracts, respond to legal queries, and support corporate and transactional work. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, leading on supplier and customer contracts.
• Manage the contract review process, including triaging incoming requests, providing templates and reviews.
• Respond to day-to-day legal queries from the business and our counterparties, driving process and knowledge management.
