Head of Institutional Marketing

Join <Blockchain.com> as the Head of Institutional Marketing, where you will lead the marketing efforts for our Institutional business. You will be responsible for scaling growth through product GTM campaigns, lead generation, branding, retention, and owning our presence at key crypto events. You should have a strong background in marketing, event management, and a passion for the crypto space.

• Lead the marketing efforts for <Blockchain.com>’s Institutional business, including product go-to-market campaigns, lead generation, branding, and collateral.
• Develop and execute independent lead generation campaigns for the Institutional sales team, overseeing best-in-class thought leadership content.
• Coordinate and manage global promotional activities for <Blockchain.com> at industry events, including event collateral materials and logistics.

• Crypto-nativity: You should know all the products already, and be comfortable pitching them to some of the most sophisticated people in the space
• Event Management: You’ve organized events of varying scales, including small community events focused on user feedback and cultivating an engaged audience (either online or offline)
• You should be passionate about space and its bright future
• Marketing operational credentials: You’ll be able to show examples of the past or how you’ve operationalized the marketing-into-sales pipeline in the past, to great effect
• A relentless and vocal persona: Institutional crypto marketing can be a streetfight; to lead and thrive in this area, we need someone who can hold their own,regardless of the conditions they find themselves in
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you’re comfortable talking to customers, prospective clients, and members of our community
