Senior Technical Recruiter

Join our team as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where you'll have the opportunity to work across various R&D disciplines, including Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Platform Engineering. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, proactive pipeline building, and hiring strategy development. • Full-cycle recruiting across all of R&D, building pipelines before roles even open, and partnering closely with Hiring Managers on hiring strategy.
• Proactive pipeline building in niche, hard-to-fill technical spaces, using modern tooling to move faster.
• Coaching and raising the bar for junior recruiters, and contributing to process and tooling improvements that scale.

• Genuine versatility - proven ability to pivot across multiple technical domains (not just one specialty) without dropping quality or pace
• The judgment to navigate ambiguity, calibrate hiring bars, and the confidence to push back when something doesn't add up
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a track record of closing complex, senior, or niche searches independently
• Hands-on Ashby experience is required, you’re comfortable using the platform and it's not just "an ATS”
• Fluency with modern sourcing platforms and AI tooling, and a test-and-learn mindset to keep improving how you use them
• A talent for relationship-building; candidates and hiring managers trust you because you earn it, not because of a title
• Adaptable, able to pivot quickly, change is fuel for you, not friction
• Organized enough to run multiple complex searches at once without anything falling through the cracks
• Naturally curious about markets, talent pools, and what's changing in tech hiring
