About The Role

Join DataSnipper, a leading provider of innovative solutions for audit firms and finance teams. As a Senior Product Manager for Identity and Access Management, you will own the product strategy and direction for identity and access across our platform. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering team in Amsterdam and have a significant impact on our customers' trust and our ability to win and grow enterprise customers.

  • Ownership of product strategy and direction for identity and access management across the platform, ensuring it is secure by default and reliable.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams to shape an access model that product teams across the company build on, ensuring consistency and security.
  • Management of a platform roadmap that other teams plan against, gathering requirements and making dependencies visible early.
  • Experience running a platform roadmap with several dependent teams as its customers, and aligning product, engineering, design and go-to-market around it without formal authority
  • Enough technical depth to work as a peer with engineers on authentication and authorization design, and to write specifications engineers review for feasibility
  • Experience with enterprise customers: security reviews, IT administrators and procurement requirements
  • Clear written communication, and the ability to explain trade-offs to engineers, customers and leadership
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and FedRAMP, and how they shape identity and access requirements
  • Experience with identity and access in enterprise products: single sign-on (SAML, OIDC), user provisioning (SCIM), and role-based or fine-grained permissions across organisations with complex structures. Strong technical depth and real interest in the space can substitute for direct experience
  • 5+ of product management in B2B SaaS, including platform or infrastructure products that other teams build on
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate learning, productivity, and team collaboration
  • Experience with identity platforms such as Auth0, Okta or WorkOS
  • A background in software engineering
  • Experience defining access for AI or automated systems
  • Products for regulated industries such as audit, financial services, legal or healthcare
