People Partner (Product & Engineering)

• Acting as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, influencing decisions that shape organizational design, talent, culture, and performance.
• Leading and supporting change management initiatives, including restructures, leadership transitions, and policy updates.
• Collaborating on talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization, ensuring readiness for future growth.

• Ability to think quickly on your feet and solve critical ad-hoc problems while staying calm and positive and without losing sight of the big picture
• Fluency in English
• A high level of comfort working both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team across multiple time zones
• Both theoretical and practical knowledge about employee lifecycle and change management to help you implement best practices
• An exceptional ability to build relationships, paired with the communication skills needed to coach leaders and influence at all levels
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive meaningful change
• 3+ years of experience in a people partner role in tech, scale-ups, or multinational organizations, supporting product and engineering teams
