Principal Lifecycle Marketing

Join CrowdRiff, a company dedicated to empowering travel brands with the content and insights needed to inspire sustainable exploration. As the Principal Lifecycle Marketing, you will own the end-to-end journey for prospects and customers, mapping journeys, defining customer cohorts, scoring accounts, and continuously testing and improving performance. You will lead programs that drive new logo acquisition, onboarding, adoption, cross-product engagement, expansion, and renewal. This role requires a curious, growth-minded self-starter with excellent creative judgment and a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing.

• Responsable de la gestion de l'ensemble du parcours client, de l'intégration à l'expansion, en passant par la rétention.
• Définir les moments clés du parcours client et les cohortes à partir desquelles l'équipe travaille, et décider de ce que chaque cohorte entend.
• Diriger les programmes qui permettent aux nouveaux clients d'atteindre rapidement la valeur et établir des objectifs d'activation avec les équipes Produit et Support.

• Experience in travel, tourism or destination marketing is a plus
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (or a similar platform) and Intercom, and of how product usage data drives triggers and segmentation
• Strong creative judgment for formats, channels and communications that make our programs stand out
• 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 in lifecycle, customer or growth marketing
• A track record of always-on lifecycle programs that moved activation, expansion or retention
• Hands-on use of AI to automate workflows
• Comfort turning data into decisions, writing requirements, and briefing an engineer on what to build
• Experience building segmentation, cohort and account scoring models, and turning them into triggers and journeys
