Paralegal - FinTech

Join Ebury, a fast-growing FinTech company, as a Paralegal in our London office. You will support our core legal team in various finance, corporate, and commercial legal matters, gaining hands-on experience and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home per week.

• Supporting senior lawyers in reviewing, drafting, and updating a broad range of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Working directly with front office, corporate development, product, and other teams across the business to resolve day-to-day legal queries.
• Coordinating the signing and execution of legal documents, maintaining records of legal invoices, and supporting the management of the legal budget.
