Associate Legal Counsel - Finance or Derivatives Lawyer

Join Ebury, a fast-growing fintech company, as an Associate Legal Counsel. In this role, you will provide high-quality legal advice on financial matters, contribute to the design and implementation of new products, and work with various departments to resolve day-to-day queries. You will also represent Ebury in interactions with clients and other third parties, prepare templates and procedures, and advise on corporate structuring matters. The position is based in London or Madrid, with a hybrid work model.

• Rediger et og rådgive om forholdsaftaler og andre vilkår med kunder, herunder ISDAs, FX T&Cs, leverandørbetaling finans T&Cs, især for vores institutionelle kundebase.
• Bidrage til design og implementering af nye produkter (herunder kryptovaluta og udenlandsk valutaderivater) og ekspansion til nye markeder.
• Forberede kundedokumentation i relation til komplekse strukturer såsom fonde og SPV'er.
