Head of Finance Engineering

Join Roundtable, the infrastructure for private markets, as the Head of Finance Engineering. In this role, you will own the finance function end to end, build a scalable accounting infrastructure, and lead a team of finance and accounting engineers. You will work closely with the founders and have the opportunity to rebuild finance from scratch using AI technology.

• **You are convinced that AI changes everything in finance, and you have started to act on it.** You built an automation, an agent, a script or a model that removed real work. You can show it to us.

• You know accounting in depth. You come from audit, controlling, fund administration or a finance team, and you know what a clean set of books looks like.

• You think like an engineer. When you do something twice, you automate it. You read SQL and you are not afraid of Python, or you learn fast with Claude Code or Codex.

• You have built and led a team.

• Ideally you have worked with a board and investors.

• You are rigorous about verification. You know that an agent can be confidently wrong, and you design systems that catch it.

• You want ownership. You prefer to build a function from the ground up to running one that already exists.

• You work in French and English.

Nice to have: experience with SPVs, private equity or venture capital funds, Luxembourg or French GAAP, Odoo.
