• Run the pilot to a clear result, owning onboarding, training, and weekly usage across the pilot sites.
• Win the shop floor by spending real time on site with estimators and parts staff, finding what slows them down, and fixing it.
• Expand from pilot to network by building the case for rollout using the customer’s own numbers, then planning and running the rollout region by region.
