Senior Strategist (Enterprise)

Join BrainStation as a Senior Strategist, Enterprise, where you will work with global organizations to build enterprise-wide AI capability and advise senior leaders on digital and AI innovation opportunities. You will lead discovery, shape the roadmap for transformation, and build relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders. This role requires strong executive presence, communication skills, and a genuine interest in AI and digital technology.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of presenting to and advising senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel globally for client work as required
• A genuine and current interest in AI, digital technology, and how organizations transform their capabilities and operating models
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems independently and to develop and defend a clear point of view
• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person work and collaboration; this role follows a hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office
• 3–6 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, with direct experience working with enterprise or corporate clients; experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles is a plus
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, or working sessions
