• Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers, setting direction and owning outcomes.
• Build reliable, scalable, and secure systems, guiding architecture decisions and unblocking delivery.
• Collaborate across disciplines to turn product ideas into reality, championing engineering quality and speed.

• 6+ years coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift
• Strong product mindset - you care about the user, not just the stack
• Experience building distributed systems at scale
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery
• Solid track record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive cultures
• 4+ years managing engineers and leading teams
• A/B testing know-how
• Background in consumer tech or mobile apps
• Full-stack experience
• Hands-on with CI/CD and DevOps tooling
• Exposure to ML or data-powered products
