Senior Strategy & Operations Associate

Join Clio, the global leader in legal AI, as a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate. In this role, you will shape corporate strategy and build AI-enabled solutions that drive business transformation. You will work closely with the AI Centre of Excellence and have the opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams, measure impact, and iterate on solutions. • Partnership with the AI Centre of Excellence to shape corporate strategy and build AI-enabled solutions.
• Identification of high-value work opportunities, building prototypes, and ensuring adoption by teams.
• Contribution to strategic projects, including market assessments, product strategy, and performance analysis.

• Evidence that you’ve built and delivered something others use, ideally an AI-enabled workflow, agent, automation, internal tool, or similar solution
• Clear writing and communication, with the ability to explain both a strategic recommendation and the workings and limits of a solution
• Sound judgment about accuracy, confidential information, responsible AI use, and where human review remains necessary
• We’re interested in the problem you solved, your role in building it, how you tested it, and what happened after launch
• Strong analytical and strategic judgment: you can structure ambiguous problems, work with business data, test assumptions, and make a clear recommendation
• The ability to work across functions and domains, earn trust with stakeholders, and adapt a solution based on how people actually work
• Enough technical fluency to prototype and deliver directly, and to collaborate effectively with technical partners when a solution needs deeper engineering or integration
• Your background may be in strategy and operations, product, consulting, solutions delivery, or another role that combines business judgment with hands-on building. Demonstrated impact through your career is more important than a particular career path
• MBA
• Direct experience with an AI, SaaS or Legal tech company
• Experience taking an internal solution from prototype through adoption and handoff
