Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of our platform for clients. You should have proven experience in project management, a strong understanding of SaaS, and excellent communication skills.

• Manage the implementation of the HR platform for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into their existing systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with product specialists and development teams to address client needs and ensure successful delivery of the product.

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Project Manager and/or CSM
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
• Experience in project management and developing client relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap
• A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
