Job Description & Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP MM resource with 16+ years of expertise in leading large-scale SAP transformation programs, S/4HANA implementations, solution architecture, delivery governance, and business development. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations across industries and possess strong capabilities in pre-sales, revenue management, stakeholder management, and practice leadership. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, architect innovative SAP solutions, manage multimillion-dollar engagements, and lead global delivery teams while ensuring customer success and operational excellence. *Job Position Level-Director | Skill-SAP MM | Competency-SAP | LOS-Advisory | Location-Mumbai *Responsibilities: SAP S/4HANA Transformation Leadership Lead multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programs. Define SAP MM solution strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation roadmaps. Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process re-engineering, and process harmonization initiatives. Provide strategic advisory on procurement, inventory management, warehouse integration, sourcing, and supply chain optimization. Ensure successful adoption of SAP best practices and industry standards. Solution Architecture & Consulting Design scalable enterprise-wide SAP MM and integrated supply chain solutions. Develop solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, EWM, TM, PP, SD, FI/CO, and other integrated landscapes. Lead architecture reviews, solution governance, risk assessments, and quality assurance activities. Guide clients on SAP innovation areas including: ü SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ü SAP Fiori ü Embedded Analytics ü SAP Ariba ü Intelligent Procurement ü AI-driven Supply Chain Solutions Program & Delivery Management Own delivery governance of complex SAP programs ranging from medium to large enterprise transformations. Manage project financials, delivery quality, timelines, risks, and resource planning. Establish PMO standards, implementation methodologies, and delivery frameworks. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive stakeholder engagement and issue resolution. Lead geographically distributed consulting teams and implementation partners. Pre-Sales & Business Development Support SAP transformation deal pursuits, RFP responses, and proposal development. Lead customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations. Develop compelling value propositions and transformation roadmaps. Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and SAP leadership. Revenue & P&L Management Manage consulting portfolio revenue and profitability targets. Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion. Monitor project margins, utilization, forecasting, and financial performance. Develop annual business plans and practice growth strategies. Ensure delivery excellence while meeting financial objectives. Practice Leadership Build and mentor high-performing SAP consulting teams. Define competency development frameworks and training strategies. Drive innovation and capability development within the SAP Supply Chain practice. Contribute to organizational thought leadership through white papers, webinars, and industry events.
