Tendering Engineer

The Tendering Engineer supports the preparation and delivery of competitive, compliant, and high-quality proposals for engineering and project opportunities. Working closely with Tendering Management, Proposal Managers, Commercial/Sales, Estimating, Legal, Project Management, and technical disciplines, this position coordinates proposal inputs, develops technical and commercial content, and ensures tender submissions meet client requirements, internal procedures, and established deadlines. The role assists in managing tender activities from receipt of client invitations through final submission, supporting proposal strategy development, risk reviews, stakeholder coordination, and proposal compliance activities. The Tendering Engineer contributes to the successful pursuit of business opportunities by ensuring accurate, organized, and timely proposal development and delivery.
