IT Infrastructure and User Support

The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the administration, operation, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure and business systems. This role provides hands-on support for Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, network-related infrastructure, and enterprise IT services to ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance. The position also plays an important role in application development and system enhancement, including designing, developing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting business applications based on business requirements. The role works closely with Global IT teams, CM teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver infrastructure and application solutions that meet business objectives, technical standards, security requirements, and budget constraints.
