International Migration Data Governance Specialist[

The consultant will provide specialized technical support and technical advice on migration and displacement data governance and draft technical and policy documents, such as standards, guidelines, memorandums and frameworks. The consultant will not have authority to independently represent IOM in engagements with government counterparts, donors, UN agencies, partners, or other external stakeholders, nor any supervisory or managerial responsibility.
