Quality and Training Intern

JOB SUMMARY Adheres to company values and philosophy. The position works with the Quality Team and contributes to the achievement of desired business results. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Assists in developing and delivering training initiatives and quality awareness activities. Assists in the creation of engaging team resources. Participates in departmental meetings/catch-ups and quality improvement initiatives. Supports projects focusing on enhancing the guest experience and driving continuous improvement across Front of House and Food and Beverage. Creates posters and visual materials for internal communication and Quality initiatives. Other administrative tasks such as scanning and saving files, and others as assigned.
