Collects data from customers relating to systems and reports issues impacting service delivery. Documents basic business functional requirements. Obtains clarification from stakeholders for service delivery and/or system change needs. Assists with the collection of data required to compile project definitions and cost assessments. Helps to create project cost estimates by calculating work hours and required resources. Collects Service Level and Operating Metrics data for business operations reports. Develops basic knowledge of operating processes, user-based systems, and governing regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
