You’ll work directly with our engineering lead and set the standard for design at Meow as the team grows.WHAT YOU’LL DOOwn design for the Meow web appDesign our internal admin app so the ops and support teams can work fastOwn the brand, marketing site, social direction, and blog visualsWork on complex financial workflows (payments, approvals, treasury) Build and maintain a design system that keeps every surface consistentPartner day to day with our engineering teamWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR6+ years of product design, including time as a senior or lead designer at a startup or fast-moving teamA portfolio of shipped, complex B2B work that shows your thinking, not just final screensRange across product and brand: you can design a dense dashboard and a landing page that convertsComfortable as the only designerCOMPENSATION$180K to $220K base depending on experience plus equity and benefits.
