Lead Journey Management Strategist - Europe

As a Lead Journey Management Strategist, you will define and scale the global vision for journey management at the enterprise level, leading complex transformation programs and influencing product direction. You will work closely with C-suite leaders and internal teams, and your success will be measured by enterprise impact and growth in strategic accounts.

• Act as a trusted advisor to Tier 0 enterprise customers, partnering with executives who own multi-year transformation agendas across Customer Experience (CX), Product, Operations, Digital, and Transformation.
• Lead C-suite-level conversations that reframe journey management as strategic enterprise infrastructure, translating ambiguous executive goals into structured, scalable journey-led transformation programs.
• Shape multi-year investment narratives, enterprise return on investment (ROI) frameworks, and expansion strategies, while building executive alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
