Finance Systems Intern (6 Month Internship)

Join Parloa, a fast-growing AI company, as a Finance Systems Intern for a 6-month internship in Berlin. You will help run and improve the quote-to-cash systems behind enterprise contracts, gaining hands-on experience with a modern quote-to-cash stack. Your responsibilities will include billing operations, systems configuration and reporting, cross-system data integrity, issue triage and controls, and process automation. This is a full-time internship with a dedicated mentor and real project work from your first weeks.

• Assister à la gestion et à l'amélioration des systèmes de quote-to-cash derrière les contrats d'entreprise de Parloa.
• Apprendre à transformer les accords signés en abonnements et factures précis à travers SAP Subscription Billing, NetSuite et Salesforce.
• Participer à l'automatisation des processus, à la rédaction de procédures opérationnelles et à la mise en œuvre de votre propre projet d'automatisation.

• Strong spreadsheet skills and the willingness to learn to read a JSON payload or an API error message; SQL or scripting experience (Python, Google Apps Script, n8n or Zapier) is a plus
• First exposure to an ERP, billing or CRM system (such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora or Stripe Billing) through coursework, a university project, a previous internship or a working-student role
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field for the full duration of the internship, and available full-time for 6 months
• Precise in how you work and handle financial data, with fluent written and spoken English and the confidence to ask questions and speak up with facts
• A systems mindset and real interest in how a contract becomes an invoice and a journal entry: when something breaks, you keep tracing it until you find the root cause
